Yes, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all hardy trees and shrubs. If they fail to grow, we will replace them for you. For perennials and other plants, please refer to our standard 90-day satisfaction policy.

We offer local delivery within a specific radius of our garden centers. You can also choose the 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' option for a quick and convenient shopping experience.
What is your return policy for non-plant items?
Non-plant items such as pottery, tools, and garden decor can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
